WASD to move, mouse to aim, and left click to shoot
Shooting enemies stuns them and connects them to other enemies you shoot in the future. Shooting an outlet or electric panel (white or green objects on the walls) will kill all connected enemies.
This is my first game jam and I worked alone. I used Godot 3.2.1. I've been learning Godot just since the beginning of quarantine, so about two months.
The downloadable version does have a small amount of graphical upgrades - be warned that I could only test the Windows export personally.
If you download the Source Project, I apologize for my ridiculous, un-commented, spaghetti code. It's a mess of ad hoc workarounds and abandoned ideas that I never took out for fear that it would break the game.
I have to thank all of the great YouTubers who taught me Godot, especially Miziziziz, HeartBeast, GDquest and Kidscancode. There are many more, but I don't even know who all I referred to in making this game. Also a thank you to anyone who answers Godot questions in the forum. Saved me more time and headaches than I thought possible.

This is a good game! I like the style you started with using doodles to tell the story. The gameplay is also fun, as I have to constantly shoot the robots while finding the best position to hit the electricity. The level design is also great, starting with robots that can't kill you to learn mechanics, then slowly build up to deadly robots.
Can't wait to see this polished and expanded!
Clipping robots over stacked office chairs with electric cords, felt me feel so empowered. Slowly walking to the corner office, knowing its days are numbered.
First game? Amazing! The mechanic was so slick, and great level design! Loved the intro sequence! Can I ask on how you made it possible?
Loved the opening sequence, and the cinematic robot dying was fun to watch and really cool, although it did sometimes interrupt the normal game (I would suggest having it only trigger the robot set was like 4 or higher or something that way it doesn't happen so often and feels more epic when it does).
Overall though pretty nice game, good job:).

I initially wanted to make the cords constrain enemy movement too and make that important to the game. Then they would be RigidBody2Ds and would wrap around walls. I sunk a good deal of time into that but it turned out to be beyond my level of understanding. My failed experiments are still in the source code, embarassingly.
The little cutscene for killing robots, although it can feel pretty good when you shoot a lot of robots at once, it can also be a little offputting, since it interrupts gameplay constantly.
Last room was intense! Found it to be pretty fun. Liked the story told through drawings. Graphics could be improved. Good job!
